Yes. Every original artwork comes with a Letter of Authenticity, hand-signed by the artist.
How much will shipping be? All original artworks include free shipping worldwide.
How will my artwork be shipped?
Every original piece travels with FedEx International, a trusted carrier with full tracking from our studio to your door. If you’d like to arrange a different shipping method, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to work with you.
How long until my artwork arrives?
Each original is carefully packed by hand using protective materials designed for international travel. That takes 7–14 business days before dispatch. Once it’s on its way, FedEx delivery usually takes 5–10 business days. Most collectors receive their piece within 3–5 weeks of ordering.
Could delivery take longer?
Occasionally, yes. Customs processing, weather, holidays or carrier delays can add a few days, so the timeframes above are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. Double-checking your delivery address at checkout is the best way to keep things moving smoothly.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
Depending on your country, import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST) or brokerage fees may apply when your artwork arrives. These charges are set by your local customs authority and aren’t included in the purchase price. We recommend checking your country’s import rules beforehand so there are no surprises. Please note that if a shipment is refused because of customs charges, any resulting shipping and return costs remain the buyer’s responsibility.
Can I return my artwork? We do not offer exchanges or returns for artwork. Due to the scarcity of artworks available, all purchases are final. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact info@ainsleyguzmanjason.com and we will be there to help.
